What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data initiatives aligned with business and data strategy
• define roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and governance structures
• manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
• drive adoption of enterprise data management and governance frameworks
• establish processes for data quality, metadata, lineage, traceability, stewardship, and ownership
• define and enforce data policies, standards, and controls
• align with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
• provide executive updates and governance reporting
• lead cross-functional teams and mentor on governance practices
• manage budgets and resources
• implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models where applicable. Requires eight years of IT experience, including at least five years leading data initiatives, and hands-on data management and governance experience.
