What you'll do

• Lead data center construction projects
• establish the master project schedule and budget
• support contractor prequalification, bidding, and contract negotiations
• coordinate design activities, permitting, constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimates, and owner-direct vendors
• monitor budgets, schedules, changes, quality, invoices, and project documents
• lead project meetings
• manage closeout, inspections, punch lists, and final accounting.
