What you'll do

• Lead nursing operations
• recruit, develop, mentor, and retain nursing leaders and frontline staff
• promote accountable, team-based, resident-centered care
• ensure regulatory compliance
• oversee clinical systems and standards
• monitor outcomes and quality measures
• manage surveys and regulatory visits
• oversee staffing and nursing resources
• partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leaders
• build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
