The project manager coordinates business, technical, vendor, and agency stakeholders to guide implementation through development and maintenance. The work centers on aligning delivery with business needs by managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, testing, and communications.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and strategic alignment with DOL stakeholders, vendors, and partner agencies
• maintain project documentation, plans, schedules, status reports, and checklists
• track work plans and schedules in the PMO reporting tool
• manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• facilitate technical and compliance reviews
• manage risks, issues, and escalations
• coordinate stakeholder and vendor meetings and action items
• communicate modernization goals to development teams
• develop acceptance test plans and drive testing
• maintain team rosters and system access
• track vendor billing and budget discrepancies.
