What you'll do

• Oversee the programs department and ensure program goals and services meet corporate policies, contract scope, and applicable standards.
• Develop and revise policies, supervise and train program staff, provide case consultations and one-to-one counseling in difficult cases, conduct performance reviews, and participate in training, budget, and policy review boards.
• The role responds to significant unusual occurrences 24 hours a day, seven days a week and may serve as Deputy Warden in the Warden’s absence.
