This position supports the Clinical Nutrition Department at Northwest Hospital, part of the LifeBridge Health system. The role exists to provide clinical nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy to patients. By collaborating with a multi-disciplinary health team, the RDN promotes wellness and intervenes in acute or chronic illnesses to improve patient outcomes.
