What you'll do

• Provide personalized care supporting residents’ activities of daily living
• encourage social engagement
• administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication under RN or LPN supervision and maintain related records
• maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding as needed
• make frequent rounds and check on residents
• supervise nurse aides, assist with direct resident care when necessary, and follow up on identified problems.
