What you'll do

• Maintain records of site transactions, including rent rolls, move-ins and move-outs, delinquencies, and vacancies
• bill, collect, post, and deposit rents and fees
• submit accounts payable invoices and manage petty cash
• complete administrative paperwork and reporting
• support full occupancy
• market the property in compliance with the Fair Housing Marketing Plan
• follow tenant selection requirements
• complete resident certifications and recertifications when required
• orient new residents to leases, rules, services, and apartment features
• resolve resident issues and enforce lease and community rules.
