Job overview

The Sales & Member Experience Lead role is onsite in Columbia, MD, with compensation of $21–$24 per hour plus sales commission. The full-time position is approximately 40 hours per week, including about 32 hours of front desk and sales work and eight hours of protected administrative time. YogaSix Columbia offers six yoga class types designed for students of all levels. The lead supports studio membership growth and a welcoming member experience by handling sales and front desk work, following up with prospective members, and supporting Wellness Advisor training. The role also helps maintain membership records, studio supplies, and day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

• Welcome and check in members and guests
• register new guests and process waivers
• discuss introductory offers and memberships
• process memberships, packages, and retail sales
• respond to calls, texts, and emails
• maintain member and prospect notes in ClubReady
• complete opening, closing, and cleaning procedures
• monitor lead follow-up and conversion
• train and support Wellness Advisors
• administer membership changes
• monitor supplies and deliveries
• support member events and community activities.
