Leasing Consultant

Job overview

The Leasing Consultant role is hybrid in Cincinnati, OH, with at least three onsite days per week for four to six hours per day, including at least one weekend day. Compensation is commission equal to 50% of the signed lease rent amount per unit, payable upon successful resident move-in. The role supports lease-up at May Square, a 44-unit new-construction luxury townhome community. The consultant serves as the primary onsite contact for prospects, manages inquiries and follow-up, conducts tours, and supports marketing and lease-up efforts. The role contributes to leasing available homes during the community’s initial launch phase and maintains prospect records through the company CRM.

What you'll do

• Respond to leasing inquiries and serve as the primary contact until application submission
• conduct in-person tours, appointments, walk-ins, and support for self-guided tours
• manage leads and follow-up in the company CRM
• support community marketing and local outreach
• post available units on the MLS as needed
• serve as the primary contact for cooperating brokers.
