Clinical Therapist

Job overview

The Clinical Therapist role is onsite in Andover, KS, full-time, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and weekend rotation or support as facility needs grow. Compensation is not specified. LifeSpring Recovery’s mission is to provide person-centered care for people and families affected by substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The therapist provides individual, group, and family treatment while supporting client safety, stabilization, and long-term recovery. The role conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, coordinates care with the multidisciplinary team, and maintains compliant clinical records.

What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments and risk screenings
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches
• facilitate recovery-focused groups
• respond to clinical crises under facility policy
• complete clinical documentation
• coordinate care with medical, nursing, case management, and recovery support staff
• participate in team meetings and support discharge planning.
