What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple healthcare food service facilities
• coach and evaluate directors, supervisors, and staff
• visit facilities to assess operations and maintain client and employee relationships
• manage budgets and purchasing plans
• communicate client contract requirements
• ensure dietary safety, sanitation, infection control, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance
• support workers’ compensation reporting, employee safety resources, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and open enrollment
• partner with internal support teams and facility leadership.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of dietary or food services experience in a healthcare environment, supervisory experience, P&L and budget management, and a valid driver’s license. A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Travel between assigned facilities is expected.
