What you'll do

  • Train at headquarters for approximately 4–12 months
  • learn legacy and future products
  • support field service and customer needs after training
  • troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, fiber optic, and networking systems
  • read schematics
  • use calibrated testing equipment
  • communicate with customers and internal teams
  • provide product feedback to Design and Engineering
  • partner with Sales on potential leads.
