What you'll do

• Source and screen candidates across multiple programs
• track application volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and screen-to-hire ratios
• partner with Strategic Project Leads and Operations on program requirements
• build sourcing pipelines across job boards, LinkedIn, academic networks, professional communities, and referrals
• improve outreach messaging and screening criteria
• coordinate screening calls, assessments, and onboarding handoffs
• flag pipeline risks
• use data to improve sourcing strategies.
