The Caregiver — Short Afternoon Shifts role is in person in the Bellevue area of Nashville, TN; compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The caregiver helps the client remain safe and as independent as possible through attentive mobility assistance, personal support, and household help. Fall prevention is central to the assignment, with care delivered according to the client’s established plan and preferences.

What you'll do

• Assist with safe ambulation and transfers, including gait belt use when required
• keep the walker accessible
• provide standby shower assistance
• prepare dinner
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• change bed linens
• retrieve household items
• assist with grocery shopping and approved errands
• provide basic pet care
• document services and report changes or safety concerns. Transportation for approved outings or errands may be required.
