What you'll do

• Provide highest-level technical support to clients
• diagnose and resolve software and technical issues across healthcare imaging systems
• implement software in cloud-based, virtual, and physical environments
• support PACS, RIS/HIS, EMR, and third-party integrations
• document project activity, contribute knowledge-base content, and perform root-cause analysis
• collaborate on installations and service requests
• and provide expert input at conferences, demos, or onsite engagements when needed.
