The Northern Minnesota Manufactured Home Resident Organizing Fellow role is onsite in Duluth, MN, supporting organizing work in manufactured home communities. Compensation is $55,000 per year. ISAIAH works to advance racial and economic equity through multi-racial, multi-faith coalitions across Minnesota. Over this six-month temporary fellowship, the fellow builds relationships with residents, develops community leadership, and supports the Save Our Homes campaign. The work helps residents organize around shared priorities through outreach, community conversations, leader development, voter engagement, and campaign strategy.

What you'll do

• Run a petition drive and door-knock for the Save Our Homes Campaign and Manufactured Home Residents Bill of Rights
• host community conversations, information sessions, candidate forums, and engagement sessions
• meet regularly one-on-one with residents to build relationships and identify potential leaders
• develop, lead, and coach resident leadership teams
• develop voter education and engagement with resident leaders
• invite community members to post-election strategy events
• facilitate strategy meetings and trainings
• attend organizing and narrative-building training
• participate in weekly development sessions with a lead organizer.
