What you'll do

• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python or R, and statistical techniques
• synthesize customer signals across the end-to-end journey
• apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and NLP to support conversations, transcripts, and tickets
• develop customer segmentation and clustering models
• integrate feedback with transactional, operational, and behavioral data
• design and launch customer experience and support metric scorecards
• use Generative AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents to streamline analytical workflows
• quantify initiative impact and ROI
• communicate findings through reports and presentations.
