What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in developing team performance
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties and employee evaluations
• manage scheduling functions
• maintain the office area
• support forecasting and financial objectives
• help manage food, labor, and other costs
• deliver speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product quality, and hospitality
• coach and develop Service Managers and employees.
