What you'll do

• Coordinate SBA 504 and Ohio 166 loan closings
• collect and review borrower and lender documents
• analyze financial statements and prepare closing and legal documents
• explain loan documents and obtain signatures
• prepare collateral releases
• complete annual risk ratings
• coordinate servicing actions and amendments
• develop portfolio reports and analysis
• and identify process improvements. Some servicing and ongoing portfolio management may be required.
