What you'll do

• Lead onsite staff
• oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and eviction processes
• manage accounts receivable and payable
• coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention
• review financial reports and budgets
• address resident concerns
• inspect the property
• ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws
• coordinate maintenance, vendors, and property projects
• recruit, train, and develop team members
• maintain property records and documentation.
