The Culinary Associate – School Environment role is onsite in Winnetka, IL, Monday–Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay is $22 per hour. The role supports Quest Food Management Services’ school food-service operation. The Cook prepares and serves fresh meals according to production schedules, recipes, and food-safety requirements. The work helps provide timely, consistent meals and maintain an organized, welcoming service line for students, staff, and guests.

What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold menu items using production sheets, standardized recipes, schedules, and menu requirements
• portion and present food
• assist with salads, sandwiches, grab-and-go items, bulk preparation, catering, and special events as assigned
• receive and store deliveries
• maintain food quantities and reduce waste
• follow HACCP, food-safety, and sanitation procedures
• serve customers and keep kitchen areas clean and organized.
