What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day accounting
• maintain financial transactions and records
• support accounts payable and receivable
• assist with bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and financial closings
• prepare reports and documentation
• review records for discrepancies
• support budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation, and audits
• and maintain organized files.
