Maintenance Technician — 1st Shift

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Euclid, OH, on 1st shift, with pay of $27–$33 per hour. Elmet Technologies’ Euclid facility manufactures tungsten and molybdenum products for industries including aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and energy. This technician maintains and troubleshoots production equipment and facility systems, helping ensure safe, reliable operations and reduce production downtime. The role works with Production and Engineering on equipment uptime and maintenance needs.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
• maintain boilers, steam systems, HVAC, compressors, and utilities
• install, repair, and commission equipment
• interpret drawings and schematics
• respond to equipment failures
• maintain records and parts inventory
• follow safety and environmental procedures.
