What you'll do

• Oversee daily parts department operations
• manage inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution
• maintain appropriate inventory levels
• support technicians’ repair needs
• manage retail, internal, and wholesale parts operations
• monitor sales, gross profit, expenses, and performance
• maintain vendor relationships
• ensure accurate pricing and documentation
• handle special orders, returns, and warranty parts
• and hire, train, coach, schedule, and support department employees.
