What you'll do

• Coordinate scheduling and program details with partner organizations
• work with administrative and assistant manager teams to schedule staff
• teach lessons
• lead instructor morning meetings and communicate safety messages
• assign lessons using the priority system
• resolve routine concerns and coordinate guest recovery
• promote safety and report incidents and hazards
• provide employee feedback
• coordinate program-specific training and end-of-day instructor debriefs.
