Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician works onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. The role reports to the Property Manager and supports the upkeep of the apartment complex and its facilities.

What you'll do

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and tenant units
• perform repairs and improvements as directed
• respond to service requests promptly
• maintain parts, supplies, tools, and equipment records
• complete make-ready tasks
• provide daily written work reports
• perform preventive maintenance
• and keep the property and work areas clean and safe. On-call duty is assigned.
