What you'll do

• Serve as the primary patient contact for treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling
• explain procedures, plans, and costs
• maintain confidential patient records according to HIPAA
• verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and out-of-pocket costs
• schedule consultations and follow-ups
• submit insurance documents
• help patients track payment schedules
• address patient questions and grievances.
