Hospice Clinical Supervisor

What you'll do

• Conduct clinical assessments of cases, including diagnosis, prognosis, pharmacotherapy, and overall trajectory
• guide clinicians on quality standards
• partner with clinical staff on care goals and planning
• oversee or assist with performance evaluations
• participate in interdisciplinary case conferences
• develop and refine clinical protocols and policies
• and lead quality assurance and performance improvement.

Why this role

Requires a valid Colorado Registered Nurse license, at least three years of clinical nursing experience specializing in end-of-life care, prior clinical leadership or supervisory experience, and experience with CHAP, ACHC, or JCAHO.
