What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, and ramp sales development representatives

• refine outbound targeting, sequencing, and messaging
• partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations on lead routing, qualification, and funnel visibility
• analyze pipeline metrics
• improve tools, automation, and enablement
• strengthen operating rhythms and performance management
• develop career paths and promotion plans.
