What you'll do

• Lead and coach clinical staff with providers and the Nurse Manager
• maintain nursing schedules when the Nurse Manager is absent
• assist with clinical duties as needed
• support patient flow
• promote policy compliance and quality practice
• maintain a safe, clean clinical area and adequate supplies and equipment
• delegate office duties
• support staff education, meetings, orientation, and mentoring
• coordinate laboratory supplies and procedures
• assist with mental health care coordination.

Why this role
