Lead LAN/WAN Engineer

The Lead LAN/WAN Engineer role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $160,000–$172,000 per year. GRVTY delivers mission and technical expertise to address national security challenges. The engineer provides expert design, analysis, research, and operational support for complex networking problems. As a technical leader, the role guides project teams and advises engineers and customer stakeholders on network requirements, architecture, and capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead local- and wide-area networking efforts and provide advice and guidance
• serve as a technical expert on project teams
• provide technical direction and alternatives for existing and new services
• advise on technologies and integrations
• consult with engineers, team leads, and customer stakeholders
• provide expertise in BGP, OSPF, tunnels, spine-and-leaf networking, and BGP peering.
