What you'll do

• Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits
• develop project schedules
• assist with permits and due dates
• establish project-specific processes
• coordinate daily construction activities with the superintendent
• evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs
• liaise with clients, subcontractors, government officials, and internal departments
• support project closeout and submission of record drawings, manuals, and warranties.
