Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative role is full-time and onsite in Mansfield, TX. What you'll do

• Call on local medical practices and self-insured companies to develop referral relationships for Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Physical Therapy
• develop new and existing relationships
• facilitate incoming referrals through designated tracking channels
• track and report guest volume and referral sources
• assist with lead tracking and scoreboard processes
• provide weekly and monthly referral tracking reports to the executive team
• work with the VP of Business Development on regional expansion and sales goals
• triage multiple referrals and update their status regularly.
