What you'll do

• Supports prospective students with financial aid guidance and program cost reviews.
• Creates and confirms accurate financial plans.
• Facilitates communication with students via phone, email, and SMS.
• Documents interactions in institutional systems.
• Educates students on financial responsibility and funding timelines.
