What you'll do

• Build client relationships
• participate in design assistance, Target Value Designs, and value engineering
• estimate projects and prepare and present proposals
• negotiate contracts and fees
• manage office and job-site responsibilities
• oversee cash flows and billing schedules
• manage projects through construction and closeout
• coordinate procurement, permits, labor scheduling, and documentation
• submit monthly WIP reports
• support sales and achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
