What you'll do

• Prepare, redline, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
• organize intake and prioritize deal work
• identify negotiation options and apply legal-team fallback positions
• review agreements and escalate non-standard terms
• contribute to negotiation playbooks
• improve contracting processes
• coordinate with stakeholders
• lead internal deal calls and, as appropriate, low-complexity live negotiations
• and maintain communication with internal clients.
