What you'll do

• Lead membership, package, and retail sales and client retention across two studios
• manage sales pipelines and performance metrics
• recruit, hire, train, coach, and review employees
• manage staffing and schedules
• oversee studio operations, cleanliness, inventory, supplies, and compliance
• resolve escalated customer concerns
• develop local marketing and community partnerships
• prepare reports and manage labor costs
• travel regularly between assigned studios.
