What you'll do

• Advocate for patients and address concerns in collaboration with the healthcare team
• facilitate communication among departments and healthcare professionals
• educate patients and families about infusion procedures, potential side effects, and treatment adherence
• maintain accurate patient records
• obtain additional information and consult referring offices and clinical leaders when needed
• follow clinical protocols and guidelines
• serve as a resource to non-clinical Patient Services staff
