Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Run daily floor operations as manager on duty, including opening, closing, station coverage, and guest flow
• resolve escalated guest concerns
• maintain cleanliness, organization, merchandising, and readiness
• supervise Leads and Slimetenders
• coach staff and support hiring recommendations
• build schedules and manage coverage
• onboard and certify team members
• enforce safety and compliance
• monitor labor
• manage admissions and retail operations and reports
• support inventory, birthday parties, group bookings, and private events
• implement operational improvements.
