Systems Integration Engineer (NDA-2) in Burtonsville, MD is an onsite position. The pay range is $73,450.00 - $132,775.00 per year. Leidos is a leader in digital and mission innovations. This role supports the LOE program by rapidly prototyping, developing, and integrating prototype applications for technical evaluation in a lab environment, assisting customers with experiment development and testing.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, develop, and integrate prototype applications for technical evaluation.
• Support a lab environment providing support for customers developing and testing experiments.
• Must possess an IAT-I certification.
• Strong Linux experience.
• Experience in systems/network administration, application administration, and/or information technology support or management.
• Experience supporting hardware installation, such as servers and network infrastructure.
• Experience setting up storage such as network-attached storage.
• Experience implementing security best practices to include PKI certificate generation, deployment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages like Bash, Bourne, or C.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

Experience

Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience, or master’s degree plus 3-years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree plus 7-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9-years of relevant experience.
