Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Home Care

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Home Care role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding service areas. Pay is $30–$35 per hour. The role supports Everyday Allies Home Care’s mission to provide personalized in-home care that promotes clients’ independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life. The RN Supervisor assesses clients, develops and updates plans of care, supervises caregivers, and monitors service delivery. Clinical guidance, coordination, and documentation help ensure that home care is individualized and consistent with agency policies and applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Conduct initial and ongoing in-home assessments
• develop and update plans of care
• conduct supervisory visits
• supervise aides, companions, and sitters
• provide written care instructions
• document changes in client condition and communicate concerns
• coordinate services with families and providers
• identify home safety concerns
• maintain clinical records and confidentiality
• report suspected abuse or neglect
• and provide clinical guidance to caregivers.

Why this role

Participates in weekend or holiday on-call coverage as needed. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, an unrestricted North Carolina RN license, and current CPR and First Aid certification; 1–3 years of nursing experience is preferred.
