The technician diagnoses and repairs residential plumbing systems, explains options to homeowners, and completes safe, code-compliant work. The role supports customer comfort and safety through dependable service and clear communication.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• repair or replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, valves, and piping
• inspect systems and identify safety, code, or performance issues
• explain findings and options to homeowners
• document estimates and service work
• maintain tools, equipment, vehicle, and inventory
• coordinate with dispatch and field teams.
