Job overview
The Early Childhood Lead Teacher role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule and pay of $23–$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications. The Learning Experience - Worcester is hiring across infant, toddler, and preschool programs, with classroom placement based on qualifications, experience, preferences, and center needs. The teacher leads a developmentally appropriate classroom and supports children’s language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development through play and hands-on learning. The role also includes family communication, child development documentation, classroom safety, and collaboration with Assistant Teachers.
