The Press Operator role is onsite in Union, IL, on second shift, Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to midnight. Pay is $16 per hour. Hughes Recruiting & Consulting is recruiting for a customer’s manufacturing operation producing promotional products. The operator runs press equipment, checks product quality, packages finished goods, and supports production material handling. The role contributes to consistent output by following specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate press equipment to produce promotional products
• monitor press operation and product quality
• inspect finished products for defects
• package products for shipment
• load and unload materials
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• follow safety procedures and work instructions
• assist with other production tasks as assigned.
