What you'll do

• Manage customer accounts and process payments
• set up and maintain electronic payment arrangements
• process refunds, account adjustments, and miscellaneous invoices
• respond to internal and external customer calls and emails
• maintain state tax exemption certificates
• reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• assist with additional projects as needed.
