What you'll do

• Provide individual and group strengths-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families
• establish goals and strategies and document services and progress
• develop and monitor individual treatment plans
• collaborate with clients, families, physicians, nurse practitioners, case management, referral sources, and ancillary agencies
• provide referrals to psychiatry, support groups, or other professionals
• participate in care conferences and case reviews
• report concerns of abuse or neglect as required
• maintain HIPAA and documentation compliance.

Why this role

Requires an active, unrestricted Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, or LPCC. Requires a master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling, or a bachelor's degree in Social Work with a valid LSW license, and at least three years of clinical experience including one year in an outpatient mental health setting.
