What you'll do

• Lead catering event preparation, cooking, setup, service, and cleanup
• supervise and coordinate catering staff
• assist with menu and recipe creation, standardization, and presentation
• ensure food safety, sanitation, and venue standards
• assist with inventory, event logistics, and equipment preparation
• coordinate tastings and catering for group outings and other functions
• review weekly BEOs with event, catering, and bar teams
• maintain recipe, event, and training documentation
• develop catering SOPs
• track food costs and collaborate on menu pricing
• provide secondary event operations and quick-service support as needed.
