What you'll do

• Work with the Director of Product to set the Prelude Connect vision and roadmap
• keep the team aligned to the roadmap and adjust priorities
• conduct quarterly internal focus groups and gather patient feedback, including through Medallia
• translate research and feedback into user stories and acceptance criteria
• partner with development, design, central services, operations, and QA
• lead releases and communicate changes
• maintain healthcare regulatory and security alignment
• use AI tools to prototype and iterate
• support integrations and milestone dates.
