What you'll do

• Assist customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
• conduct outbound calls and maintain customer accounts
• explain products, services, prices, and promotions
• process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates
• recommend alternatives
• coordinate shipments and resolve customer issues
• assist with warranties, returns, inventory counts, and warehouse tasks as needed.
